Standard Search Engine Optimization Services Terms and Conditions
All sites must first be approved by our staff prior to accepting submission service. Simply submitting to us does not guarantee any inclusion in any search engine. Please understand that it may take a minimum of 90 days to achieve initial quality search rankings. Brand new sites with newly registered domains may take longer to be recognized by the search engines. Â The whole process of SEO takes work, dedication, and time with results steadily getting better as time goes by. There is no magic bullet, we do our best to get the very best results as soon as possible.

- Swarez
- Download Sites
- Music Download Sites
- Anything Illegal
What sites may be subject to additional charges?
- Real Estate Website
- Whitewater Rafting Websites
- Pharmaceuticals
- Website must be hosted on Maine Hosting Solutions’ servers for facilitation of statistics tracking and ease of editing by our staff.
Placement Terms and Conditions
- All Standard Terms and Conditions apply plus the following stipulations.
- MHS in no way implies or guarantees any placement in any search engine.
- For us to achieve high listings in any search engine we recommend that you adhere to these policies:
- No pages on the website may be deleted or renamed for any reason without consultation.
- No content may be modified or removed form the site without consultation.
- No meta tag data may be modified by anyone other individual than our SEO Staff
- No third part SEO or Linking services may be used while any plan is in place.
- Website must use either Google Analytics, Logaholic or AWStats for statistics tracking. Google Analytics is a free Google services that we would add to your website, and AWStats is already included with all MHS Hosting Plans.
Cancellations & Refunds
- At anytime you may cancel your SEO Package and request a refund for the current month’s fee. Setup Fees are non refundable.
- Cancellation of your SEO Package may constitute cancellation of other services that MHS implements and maintains for SEO purposes, including; any third party website tracking or analytics services, any verifications services, dedicated IP addresses, etc… These services may have been setup exclusively for your SEO Package.
