A technician will have your IP cleared in 10-15 minutes and notify you via email.
Why did I get blocked?
- Our intrusion detection software detected too many failed login attempts from your IP Address.
- This may have been from failed logins to Email, cPanel, FTP, SFTP, or the Client Area.
- The IP was blocked for YOUR protection.
- If you are an end user and need to change your email password please contact your company’s website administrator.
For Website Administrators
- Need to reset your Client Area, cPanel or SFTP login? Go Here
- Need to change an Email password?
- You must first login into cPanel directly or via the Client Area
- Select the “Email Accounts” from the “Mail” section.
- In the “Email Accounts” section, click on the “Change Password” link for the email account you want to change the password for.
- Type a new password and click “Change password“.
