All sites must first be approved by our staff prior to accepting submission service. Simply submitting to us does not guarantee any inclusion in any search engine.

- Anything Illegal
What sites may be subject to additional charges?

- Pharmaceuticals
- Website must be hosting on Maine Hosting Solutions’ servers for facilitation of statistics tracking and easy of editing by our staff.
Placement Terms and Conditions
- All Standard Terms and Conditions apply plus the following stipulations.
- MHS in now way implies or guarantees any placement in any search engine.
- For us to achieve high listings in any search engine we recommend that you adhere to these policies:
- No pages on the website may be deleted or renamed for any reason without notification to Maine Hosting Solutions.
- No content may be modified or removed form the site without notification to Maine Hosting Solutions.
- No meta tag data may be modified by anyone other individual than our SEO Staff
- No third part SEO or Linking services may be used while any plan is in place.
- Website must use either Google Analytics, Logaholic or AWStats for statistics tracking. Google Analytics is a free Google services that we would add to your website, and AWStats is already included with all MHS Hosting Plans.
Cancellations & Refunds
- At anytime you may cancel your SEO Package and request a refund for the current month’s fee. Setup Fees are non refundable.
- Cancellation of your SEO Package may constitute cancellation of other services that MHS implements and maintains for SEO purposes, including; any third party website tracking or analytics services, any verifications services, dedicated IP addresses, etc… These services may have been setup exclusively for your SEO Package.
