HAVEN is resistant to drive failure
In the event of a failed server, virtual machines will automatically load on backup systems, all systems have 4 hour onsite repair contracts for replacement
In the event of power failure there is 30 min of battery power, backed up by two diesel generators with 72 hours of onsite fuel
In the event of a carrier failure our main switch automatically fails over to one of 4 providers we currently carry: (1) ATT, (2) Qwest, (3) GWI, (4) Fairpoint
